Our Returns Policy
At LVT Outlet we are committed to making sure every customer is happy with their vinyl flooring purchase. We offer a straightforward 30 day returns policy on all LVT flooring, SPC flooring, herringbone LVT flooring and flooring accessories purchased from lvtoutlet.co.uk.
To be eligible for a return, your LVT flooring or SPC flooring must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered. We are unable to accept returns on flooring that has been opened, fitted or cut as we cannot resell it as new stock.
Change of Mind
30 Days
Return any unopened LVT flooring or SPC flooring within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Goods
Report Within 24 Hours
If your flooring arrives damaged please photograph it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item
We'll Sort It
If you receive the wrong LVT flooring or SPC flooring product please contact us immediately and we will arrange collection and send the correct order at no extra charge.
How to Return Your Flooring
Returning your LVT flooring or SPC flooring to LVT Outlet is straightforward. Just follow these simple steps and we'll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Contact usEmail us at sales@lvtoutlet.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your flooring order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Pack your flooringEnsure all boxes of LVT flooring or SPC flooring are securely repackaged in their original packaging. Damaged or opened boxes cannot be accepted.

Ship your returnSend your flooring back to our Wiltshire warehouse using a tracked and insured courier service. We recommend keeping proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

Refund processedOnce we receive and inspect your returned flooring we will process your full refund within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
What Cannot Be Returned
To keep our LVT flooring and SPC flooring at outlet prices for all customers, we are unable to accept returns on the following:
Opened flooring boxes — any LVT flooring or SPC flooring that has been opened cannot be returned as we cannot resell it as new.
Fitted flooring — once your vinyl flooring has been installed it cannot be returned under our change of mind policy.
Cut flooring — any LVT planks or SPC planks that have been cut to size cannot be returned.
Returns after 30 days — change of mind returns must be received within 30 days of your delivery date.
Free samples — free XL flooring samples are not eligible for return as they are provided free of charge.
Damaged by misuse — flooring damaged through improper installation or misuse is not covered under our returns policy.
Returns FAQs
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened LVT flooring, SPC flooring or vinyl flooring purchased from LVT Outlet. Returns must be in their original unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.
For change of mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service as we cannot accept liability for returns lost in transit. If your flooring arrived damaged or you received the wrong item we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your returned LVT flooring or SPC flooring at our Wiltshire warehouse and confirm it is in its original unopened condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are made back to your original payment method.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on LVT flooring or SPC flooring that has been opened, as we cannot resell opened boxes as new stock. We strongly recommend ordering a free XL sample before purchasing to make sure you are happy with the colour and texture of your chosen floor.
Please inspect your LVT flooring or SPC flooring carefully upon delivery. If any boxes are damaged, photograph them immediately and contact us at sales@lvtoutlet.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you as quickly as possible.
Yes — if you would like to exchange your unopened LVT flooring or SPC flooring for a different colourway please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Return the original order in its unopened packaging and place a new order for your preferred colour. We recommend ordering a free XL sample first to make sure the colour is right before purchasing.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Our 30 day returns policy exceeds this statutory right. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
