Our Delivery Options
Whether you need your new LVT flooring or SPC click flooring delivered urgently or you're planning ahead for a renovation, we have a delivery option to suit you. All orders are carefully packed and sent via fully tracked, insured courier service direct to your door anywhere in mainland UK.
Standard mainland UK delivery costs £20 for orders under £250. Standard delivery is free on orders of £250 or more. Flooring samples are delivered free of charge. Any expedited delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

Order a free XL flooring sample and we'll deliver it straight to your door so you can see the colour and texture before you commit.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
We want your LVT flooring delivery to be as smooth as possible. Here's what happens once your order leaves our Wiltshire warehouse:
Dispatch confirmation — you'll receive an email as soon as your flooring order is dispatched with your tracking details.
Tracking updates — track your LVT flooring delivery in real time from our warehouse to your front door.
Delivery notification — our courier will notify you on the morning of delivery with an estimated time window.
Safe delivery — all vinyl flooring orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Check on arrival — Please inspect your order promptly and report visible transit damage within 24 hours where reasonably possible. Reporting after 24 hours does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
Kerbside delivery — our standard delivery is kerbside. Please ensure someone is available to receive and move the flooring indoors.
Delivery Coverage
LVT Outlet delivers LVT flooring, SPC click flooring and herringbone vinyl flooring to all mainland UK addresses. We dispatch from our warehouse in Westbury, Wiltshire and use trusted nationwide courier partners to ensure your flooring arrives safely and on time.
Please note that deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and other offshore locations may incur additional charges and extended delivery times. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your address falls within our standard delivery zone.
